How does the MOR-EV application process work?

MOR-EV Standard

Dealer Point-of-Sale

Select an eligible vehicle, find a participating dealer and receive the $3,500 rebate when you purchase or lease your new vehicle. Provide the dealer with a copy of your current Massachusetts driver’s license, sign the Applicant Terms & Conditions and the Rebate Transfer Acknowledgement Form, and your dealer will take care of the rest.

Post Purchase

After purchasing or leasing and taking possession of an eligible vehicle, please create an account at www.apply.mor-ev.org to submit an application and upload supporting documentation. You must submit an application and upload supporting documents within 90 days of your vehicle purchase or lease. MOR-EV staff will contact you via email with status updates or requests for additional information.
