The Department of Energy Resources has statutory authority to set an annual budget for MOR-EV Trade-In rebates based on a percentage of the projected fiscal year spending. Between the program launch on December 6, 2023, and June 30, 2024, the total available funding for this rebate program is $300,459. MOR-EV Trade-In rebates are available on a first come, first served basis.
