Yes, lease buyouts (an individual purchasing the same vehicle they have been leasing at the end of that individual’s lease) are eligible to receive a rebate under the MOR-EV Used program. To qualify for a MOR-EV Used rebate in a lease buyout, the applicant must meet the eligibility requirements for MOR-EV Used AND the vehicle must:

• Complete the original minimum lease period of at least 36 months
• Meet the vehicle eligibility requirements for MOR-EV Used
