I purchased my vehicle before the program changes went into effect on August 8, 2023. Can I still apply?
Electric vehicles purchased or leased prior to regulation changes that took effect on August 8, 2023, may still be eligible for a Standard MOR-EV rebate if the vehicle met the program requirements that were in effect at the time of purchase or lease. Eligibility to apply for a MOR-EV rebate under the program before the regulation went into effect will permanently expire on August 8, 2024.
