Eligible applicants have until Sept. 30, 2025, to use the MOR-EV incentive alongside the federal EV tax credit. Select an eligible vehicle, find a participating dealer and receive the $3,500 rebate when you purchase or lease your new vehicle. Provide the dealer with a copy of your current Massachusetts driver’s license, sign the Applicant Terms & Conditions and the Rebate Transfer Acknowledgement Form, and your dealer will take care of the rest.
The EV license plate clearly identifies your vehicle as electric to first responders. In case of any emergency, first responders will be able to quickly identify your electric vehicle and assess the situation appropriately.
